Here’re the stretches I was talking about. Start with each of them 1x/day to get used to them. Then, when you have done them for a few days, you’ll start to notice that you have one side that is tighter than the other. At that point, start doing the tighter side first, than the looser side, then the tighter side once again.
When you’re up to speed on that, let me know and we’ll tweak the specifics some more, and/or add one or two more.
